BA in English and Interdisciplinary Studies from FIU, certificate in Professional and Public Writing Undergraduate fellow in the Mellon Institute-funded HSI Pathways to the Professoriate initiative Worked as a peer tutoring consultant at FIU's Center for Excellence in Writing, and have worked as a consultant at the Reading Writing Center-Digital Studio here at FSU as part of my graduate assistantship. Have also worked as the Rhet/Comp Program Assistant, Computer-Writing Classroom/Digital Symposium Coordinator, ENC2135 instructor, and Digital Studio Co-Coordinator (currently) as part of my graduate assistantship.
Research and Teaching Interests, or Professional Field
I am interested in global/Latinx rhetorics, digital rhetorics and digital humanities, and multilingual writing studies, and am particularly interested in intersections of identity/community and discursive and rhetorical practice.
