Educational/Professional Background
I have done my Masters in Business Education (MBE) and MPhil in Educational Leadership, both from Pakistan. I have also done a two-year Post Graduate Certificate in Professional Development from Marjon, UK. I have been certified by Cambridge University to teach Educational Leadership diploma courses offered by them. I have worked in the Private Education Sector of Pakistan for 18 years (mostly at Beaconhouse School System, Pakistan) as a teacher, school head, and then policy developer and head of Education. I have also worked with the British Council, UK as a freelance trainer, conducting their leadership modules for school leaders.
Research and Teaching Interests, or Professional Field
My focus in research is on the access of masses to education in developing countries, with a special focus on women. I hope to go back to my country and contribute to improving this access to education.
